Step 1- Bring your valuables to the store.
-
You can bring your items in yourself
-
Or we'll be happy to pick them up for a pick-up fee ($10 to $25 depending on the size, weight, and distance).
-
Large items (i.e., furniture) just need to be digitally photographed.
-
Your items must be over $30 in value and be saleable on eBay.
-
We can do some quick research to help determine what similar items have sold for in the past.
Step 2 - We sell your goods on eBay for you!
We do all the work:
-
write a compelling description
-
Take a digital photo
-
List the item on eBay
-
Answer bidder questions
-
Collect payment from winning bidder
-
Pack,ship and insure the item
-
Handle any returns
Step 3 - We send you a check!
You can usually expect to get your check in 14 to 20 days after the auction closes. The check will be the amount of the sale minus all fees see fee page for fees and explanations.

So what can you expect?
You can expect a return of between 66% and 74% of the final sale; the higher the sale price the larger the percentage. Hint: a low starting price can generate a large audience and therefore create a larger bidding frenzy, which may result in a higher final sale.
Typically all auctions run for 7 days, but you may opt to do a 10, 5,3, or 1 day auction. Payment from the buyer is usually very prompt through PayPal, but this depends on when the buyer makes the payment. We ship the same business day that the buyer's payment clears. Ground shipments have a 1 to 7 day time in transit depending on the distance of the delivery. There is an eBay mandated returns waiting period of one week. Once completed, your check is issued and mailed to the address given on your contract. Unsold items are assessed a fee of $5 plus the eBay listing Fees.
